Advisory and Technical Marine Services Inc., Hellas was established in 1999 in Piraeus, Greece as an affiliated company to “Advisory & Technical Marine Services Pte. Ltd – Singapore” with activities including,
• Surveys on behalf of Classification Societies and Flag Administrations,
• Warranty Surveys on behalf of P&I Clubs and H&M Underwriters,
• Pre-purchase Condition, damage and casualty Investigation surveys,
• ISM/ISPS Consultancy.
• ISO9001/14001/50001/OHSAS18001 preparations and Audits
In 2000 Advisory & Technical Marine Services Inc. is registered as a branch office in Greece with the new and present name ATMS Inc., expanding our services to the areas of Technical Management of cargo vessels**, technical consultancy on Offshore support vessel and Oil Tankers, claims handling, etc.
More recently (2008) ATMS expanded in the area of:
-- Compliance works for support vessel destined to Australia’s"Gorgon Project",
-- OCIMF/OVMSA-OVID survey and preparation.
-- Chevron JOVA preparation
-- Quality and Safety Assurance
-- Advance O&G Upstream QHSE evaluations, surveys and compliance
Our employees are carefully selected, trained and recognized international competence organizations such as AMSHA, I-CAB, DNV, etc.

Continuing our improvements in the field, ATMS gives our clients the ability to monitor the process of surveys of vessels while still in progress*. By logging on to www.atmsmarine.com with their own encrypted username and password allows to monitor the survey process, areas inspected, problems encountered, etc. and request additional information as and when you wish and while our surveyors are still on site.
